This is a gorgeous treasury and she obviously spent a lot of time putting this together. Every item is focused on heirlooms, timeless & classic! I'm honored she chose one of my creations!

April is slowly leaving us. My special this month has been a discount on all feather & wing creations. Take a peak before the prices go back up to norm! Keep checking back & I'll announce the May special before it's posted in the shop. Thank you, thank you to all my customers for supporting my shop & the handmade community. I appreciate each and every one of you for choosing my little corner of Etsy!

Till next time, Peace

No Foolin! Wow, where did March go??? I introduced a lot of new items the months of February and March. A good response from my customers and I thank each of you! I even saved some for Mom and myself! My daughter designed the block 'love' necklace for us. What a sweetie; she wanted to layer some necklaces and it looks fabulous with her Eiffel tower charm necklace! She's had a great time with them at high school with loads of compliments!

My home is near Grandview Nature Preserve if anyone is a sea glass collector. You know there are not that many places left on the east coast to find those pretties. We have one of the best around to find such treasures along with conch & helmet shells, lady slippers, jingles etc. etc. It's a long hike out to the beach area but worth it! I'll attach a photo of my jar of sea glass and hanging on it is my Grandmother's crystal necklace. Look at the clasp - very Victorian! I can't tell if they are Swarovski crystals - I'd have to take them to a jeweler to get the answer to that question. They sure are sparkly though! From the 50's or 60's fashion!

I have a lot of inventory that needs to move out to make room for new creations. I've started putting together some 'grab bags' with several items in each one and there will be a dozen or more of them. Keep your eye out - there just might be something you'd been looking at for a while! That's about it for now. Till next time, Peace

I've managed to stay super busy since the beginning of the year. Thanks to all my wonderful customers!

Winter has been...well, winter here on the east coast of Virginia. We've had more snow the past two weeks since I can't remember when! The wind is howling outside now. No telling what it will look like in the am.

I've fallen in love with the sakura flowers. Look at the rings I created. Its the prettiest flower yet!

On a lighter note, Danielle received her learners permit to drive. She drives me around all the time! I'm getting spoiled here! She's a very good driver too. Right turns are a bit scary!

Till next time, Peace

Happy New Year everyone! It's been a very nice, long holiday for everyone. We relaxed, ate too much food and played some board games - mostly good ole Clue! We went to the movie theatre a couple of times - It's Complicated is a hoot!

Tonight, all is quiet on the home front. It's back to work/school tomorrow. I've been working on new designs for this year and have a huge sale going on now.

Till next time, Peace

My last post was Black Friday everyone. If you've been reading my blog - that is not unusual! Maybe with the new year I will blog more. I might even figure out how to accomplish some techy stuff! Or a super customer might just be willing to help an old lady! LOL

I have been so incredibly busy since then with my wonderful customers. I want to thank each and every one of you - and all future ones also. May you all be blessed with a happy holiday season! I hope you all keep checking back in my shop for new designs. I have several new designs I plan on introducing after the new year. I'm hoping to post a few new items this coming week. I'll give a sneak peek and if you see something you like and it's not listed - I'm a convo away! I love this 'mod flower' band I found. Of course like everything else it's nickel free. The persimmon flowers are so different too. I have black persimmon rings like the white shown, but they are difficult to photo. Peace everyone till next time, Michelle

Happy Holidays everyone! I hope you all aren't too stuffed from turkey day! Cute pun, huh? Thank you goes to all my wonderful customers and followers of my blog & twitter. I hope to blog more in the coming year. I need to work it in my schedule somehow!

It's Black Friday! I'm having some specials happening at the store this weekend. Free worldwide shipping through Cyber Monday is one special. Maybe I'll keep this one throughout the New Year. I'll think about it a bit more! I've marked down some items and created a special section for $20 and under items. The economy really hasn't recovered and I'm trying to help as much as anyone. Some other items I've been able to discount a bit are marked 'sale.' Also, I've created some affordable pieces for the holiday season. I have some additional ones I'm keeping a surprise for a bit! Look at the pics posted! As always, Till Next Time - Peace!

The nor'easter last week just about took all the leaves off the trees. We had a little back up of water in the backyard, nothing major. Down the street at Grandview Nature Preserve - under water as usual. Funny story - a high school boy has one of those high up trucks - he was charging $10 a person to take them to their house. You guessed it - he made a lot of money!

I'm still working my way through creating all my new pieces. I've listed a few more pieces and hopefully will be able to list every day. This 'snow bird' necklace was so much fun to create! Till nex time, Peace
